We will also send you an order form to enable you to buy offprints.
You remain free to use your own article for the internal educational or research purposes of your own institution or company and to use it, in whole or in part, as the basis for your own further research or spoken presentations, provided you neither sell it nor encourage others to infringe our copyright.
You promise, if you have not paid the Free Access Fee, that you will not self-archive or otherwise deposit your final accepted article on freely available institutional or other online repositories (such as PubMed Central), unless (i) the version deposited is the manuscript, as finally accepted by the journal but prior to copy-editing and page formatting; (ii) you ensure that it will not become publicly available until 12 months after publication in the journal; (iii) the manuscript made available in this way includes the journal's standard disclaimer. Conditions (i-iii) above are waived if you have paid us the Free Access Fee, in which case we will deposit the final published version of your article in PubMed Central, and you are then also free to deposit it on other free online repositories.
